Ten new young entrant jobs are being created in Northern Ireland under the Creative Industries New Entrants (CINE) programme.
GemsNI have partnered with NI Screen to deliver the new programme which will lead to fully paid 12-18 month contracts in the film industry in a variety of roles. Successful applicants must first go through a two days programme followed by an interview and CINE bootcamp.
Jobs will commence at the end of May or start of June and are located across Northern Ireland.
Niamh McCourt from GemsNI said “At the minute we have 10 roles up for grabs and will be running three separate programmes over two days with clients to get them ready for the CINE bootcamp which will run the last week in April/ first week in May with jobs commencing around the end of May/ start of June. It should be noted that jobs are all over NI, not just Belfast and that anyone who progresses to the bootcamp will have some great networking opportunities from all the production houses in NI.”
The dates and venues of the two day programmes are:
April 5 and 6 – Belfast 10am-2pm (GemsNI offices)
April 12 and 13 – Belfast 10am-2pm (GemsNI offices)
April 19 and 20 – Derry 10am-2pm (Nerve Centre)
