FINE POINT FILMS – ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Fine Point Films is looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join its accounts team as an Administration Clerk. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy finance/accounts department.

Main duties will include:

  • Data input on Sage 200 (supplier invoices, intercompany transactions, staff expenses)
  • Monthly credit card transactions coding (Mastercard & American Express + recharges)
  • Staff expenses (checking & coding)
  • Monthly salaries journal (posting on Sage 200)
  • Staff holidays (recording and updating spreadsheet)
  • Cash advances (coding and posting)
  • Vouching reports (completing financial reports, scanning invoices for audit)
  • Stationery & cleaning supplies order
  • Printing and filing documents

This is a part time role, with a possibility of becoming a permanent full-time position.

Pay depends on experience and will be discussed with successful candidates.

What are we looking for?

A love of and passion for story in all shapes and sizes, be it books, graphic novels, theatre, TV or film is essential, but also practical organisational skills.

Essential criteria:

  • A love of and passion for story.
  • High energy, friendly and enthusiastic with an attitude that everything is possible.
  • Organisational and communication skills are fundamental to the role.

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience in some form or storytelling, whether writing, script editing, story development, producing or other.
  • Experience in screenwriting software such as Final Draft and Microsoft office.
