Free hoodies, lunch, and key information. That’s what’s hot on the lips at NWRC as it welcomes its students back again for semester two. Refreshers 2024 is a series of events organised by The Student Services, which are taking place across the college’s five campuses on the week commencing February 19.

– Monday 19: The Tower Building & Springtown Foyers

– Tuesday 20: The Tower Building Foyer, Greystones Campus & Strabane SU

– Wednesday 21: The Tower Building Foyer & Limavady Assembly Hall

The three day event taking place between 10am-12pm each day is set to give our returning students key information regarding ‘key student services.’ These beneficial services include student finances, careers advice, safeguarding and wellbeing and access to learning support.

The College is also actively “promoting and encouraging student participation in team building activities.”

Several stalls will be set up offering further information and guidance in regards to these services. The added bonus? Free hoodies on a first come first served basis as well as access to complimentary lunch and refreshments.

For further information in regards to the Refreshers event, or for any other queries, you can locate The Student Services on level one of the Tower Building, or contact; 02871276222
